CIBERTEC IC-L20 Tail illuminator keeps rodent immobilised while the rodent's tail is placed on the strip of LED lighting that allows the location of the arteries for injection and blood collection. There are different covers that limit the size of the lit band.

As a distintive feature compared with other products in the market  It has an arm with a power illuminated LED strip that can be located in any position relative to the tail of the animal, which greatly facilitates the injection.

The surface on which the animal is placed is heated and allows the animal to be vasodilated.
